I firmly assert that; efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction. Indeed, in life, purpose is not an option but fundamental in everything we do. With an ever-growing demand for financial support services calling for our attention, we can only lose sight of the main things as we dive into the day to day to meet each of these needs.
We have come a long way since our inception in 2016 as an investment club. Over the past 6 years, we have evolved and grown to be relevant to the needs of the community and country at large. At this stage, we need to sharpen and clarify our core purpose of why we exist as we chart the future ahead.
As we ask ourselves what is the essence of what we do that drive all our financial service initiatives, we find that it is to financially support those people with financial needs that help them prosper. It is this in mind that we have decided we will henceforth be known as WINNERS SACCO. This name epitomizes our single-minded focus to go beyond simply providing financial services, but to support, care and ultimately make all those we interact with to be Winners.
The website, WINNERSSACCO APP and other SACCO digital channels we have put in place reflect our focus to reach the digital generation.
Moving forward, clarifying our single-minded focus does not mean that we will be doing less. Conversely, this clarity and focus empowers and invigorates us to do even more for the country and communities we serve. We are going to continue launching new initiatives that meet the ever-changing clients’ needs and priorities.
